You will identify and resolve incidents, restore services, and ensure SLA adherence through proactive incident handling and effective communication. As part of a integral team, you will apply basic vendor tech knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed) and work on maintenance tasks, documentation, and incident escalation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
