Experteer OverviewAs Territory Manager for Madrid in Reconstruction, you will own hospitals, grow existing accounts, and identify new opportunities in our Reconstruction portfolio. You will combine clinical understanding with strong relationship-building to engage healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders. You will plan sales activities, manage targets and budgets, support tenders, and monitor competitor activity. You will deliver product presentations, run workshops, support congresses, and collaborate across Smith+Nephew to deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a mission-driven role with impact on patient access to innovative solutions.Compensaciones / Incentivos• own assigned Madrid hospitals and manage existing accounts• identify opportunities to grow new business within Reconstruction portfolio• engage healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders to understand clinical and commercial needs• plan and execute sales activities,
