Overview

In this General Manager role, you will own the P&L; and steer a multidisciplinary leadership team to deliver sustainable performance. You’ll align commercial, operations and finance to drive revenue, profitability and growth in a high-volume industrial setting. Your impact spans transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement, shaping the company’s competitive position and long-term value.

Responsabilidades
- Set the overall business strategy aligning commercial, operational and financial goals
- Own the P&L; and drive revenue growth, profitability, cost optimization and cash generation
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, nurture key customer relationships and pursue new opportunities
- Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and logistics
- Lead business transformation initiatives to improve performance and competitiveness
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management and investment priorities




- Build and empower a multidisciplinary leadership team and foster a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and regulatory standards
- Cultivate strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support strategic objectives

Requisitos principales
- Proven GM/MD/BD Director with full P&L; accountability
- Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments, high-volume, cost-sensitive
- Ability to combine commercial leadership with operational and financial management
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and cost structures
- Track record of improving profitability and delivering sustainable growth
- Experience developing commercial strategies and managing strategic customers
- Strong leadership with experience managing cross-functional senior teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on, results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
