Overview

In this role you will be the domain expert for DR+, guiding existing customers through consultative discussions on revenue management and the value of adopting DR+. You will demonstrate ROI through data-driven demos, educate hoteliers on best practices, and own the full upsell cycle from qualification to activation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine the go-to-market strategy and help hotels optimize pricing and distribution. This is a growth-driven opportunity to translate hotel expertise into SaaS sales impact.

Responsabilidades
- Consultative upselling to existing customers to discuss revenue management and goals
- Deliver data-driven product demonstrations of DR+ and articulate pricing/ROI benefits
- Educate hoteliers on best practices and integration with commercial strategy




- Own end-to-end upsell sales cycle from discovery to contract closing and activation handoff
- Hit monthly/quarterly upsell targets for DR+
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline health
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Customer Success, and Marketing on messaging and GTM refinement

Requisitos principales
- Strong background in operational hotel revenue management
- Interest in transitioning to a SaaS commercial role
- Clear communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven inside sales, account management, or related B2B experience or high learning aptitude
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience (ideally Salesforce) and proficiency with standard business tools
- Fluency in English (C2)
