Loan Servicing Analyst TenFifty | Madrid, Spain | Full-time TenFifty is seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst to support the day-to-day servicing of commercial real estate loans across the UK and continental Europe. The role combines loan administration, payment support, portfolio monitoring, and borrower service. What you’ll do Loan administration
• Help set up new loans and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our servicing systems.
• Review facility documents and reconcile key terms and data.
• Maintain transaction records and supporting documentation. Payment support
• Prepare payment schedules using facility terms, including applicable rates and interest periods.
• Calculate amounts due, including interest, fees, and principal.
• Help coordinate payment instructions in line with agreed payment priorities.
• Liaise with borrower account banks to support payment authorisations and account access.
• Keep signatory due diligence records current. Portfolio monitoring and compliance
• Track borrower reporting, insurance cover, and other obligations under the facilities.
• Review rent rolls and property operating information to support portfolio monitoring.
• Assist with compliance requests and audit enquiries. Borrower service and reporting
• Respond to borrower servicing questions and help resolve issues.
• Prepare portfolio updates and analysis for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Support process improvements and other servicing projects.



What you’ll bring
• Experience in loan servicing and familiarity with loan documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial and property data.
• Advanced Excel skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with borrowers and investors.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach. Additional European language skills, such as Italian, French, or German, are welcome.
