In this role, you will drive strategic planning and operational rigor within Account Success, turning data into actionable insights for leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape go-to-market initiatives, analyze delivery KPIs, and support quarterly reviews. • Collaborate with Account Success Operations/Technology and BI to deliver data sets and Tableau dashboards

• Support GTM planning in partnership with Strategy, Programs, and BI teams
• Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations

Responsabilidades
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
• Self-starter with motivation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Data Visualization; translate data into insights
• Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
• Outstanding xghoner written and verbal communication
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments and solving complex problems
• 8+ years of Customer Success Strategy or related roles (consulting or sales operations preferred)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL and Data Cloud
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel quarterly
• Right to Work in Spain; fluent in Spanish or Italian plus English
