In this Territory Manager role, you drive adoption of Applied Medical solutions across a defined region and engage with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. You’ll work within a cross-functional network to understand needs, demonstrate products, and support high-quality surgical outcomes. The role blends clinical exposure with sales strategy, requiring travel to operating rooms and regular coordination with our European HQ. You’ll help shape tender responses and market approaches in a fast-growing environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify key stakeholders within the product segment and autonomously manage relationships using our CRM tool
• Demonstrate product usage to doctors, staff, and nurses during planned surgeries with digital content support
• Create business plans and approach strategies with the Regional Sales Manager
• Meet or exceed quota targets for the product segment




• Attend orientation, education, and scrub sessions
• Collaborate with international colleagues on tenders, price quotations, order samples, and customer requests
• Attend conferences for surgeons and medical staff in the territory
• Frequent travel across the territory

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or University degree level
• Experience in hospital setting or affinity with medical/surgical environment (preferably as xghoner nurse, product specialist, sales or marketing)
• Commercial experience in sales and customer engagement
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills in Castillano
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Residence in Bilbao or surrounding area
