As Marketing Operations Sr Analyst at Enverus, you will deploy and optimize Martech platforms to accelerate go-to-market motions. You will drive data hygiene and governance to ensure accurate targeting and reporting across ABM programs. You’ll collaborate with marketing, RevOps, sales, and product teams to deliver platform enhancements and enablement. Your work enables the team to leverage advanced technologies and AI-driven workflows, shaping our data-driven marketing at scale. This role offers a meaningful impact in transforming how energy markets are targeted and understood.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Deploy and manage Martech platforms, integrations, and automations to support go-to-market motions
• Maintain data hygiene, enrich prospect data and improve data quality
• Engage vendors to understand roadmaps and optimize platform features
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, BD and Sales to deliver process and platform enhancements




• Provide technical support to Marketing on designated platforms
• Create and maintain platform/process documentation for integrations and workflows
• Develop and deliver platform enablement training for the Marketing team

Responsabilidades
• Experience deploying and administering Martech platforms (Marketing Automation, ABM, Data Hygiene u0026 Enrichment)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model across marketing and revenue funnel
• Experience building metrics, reports, and dashboards (Sales Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing xghoner Intelligence, PowerBI)
• Basic SQL knowledge (asset)
• Data quality and governance proficiency (lead/account health scoring)
• Ability to develop and deliver enablement programs and training
• Knowledge of generative AI / AI in marketing platforms and agents (Copilot or similar)
• Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6sense/Demandbase ABX valued
