In this role you will deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the employee and contractor lifecycle, partnering with HR consultants and managers to ensure a smooth, compliant experience. You will handle administration, onboarding, recruitment support, data integrity, payroll coordination, and health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, aligning with local labor regulations. You’ll help shape a client-oriented, discreet HR function within a financial services setting. The position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and a meaningful impact on employee experience in a regulated environment.

• Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation and records
• Provide first-line HR advisory to employees and managers




• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes
• Manage employee data and HR system integrity; prepare reports and analyses
• Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers to ensure compliance
• Contribute to HR policy rollout, documentation, and intranet updates
• Coordinate health, safety, wellbeing, and contractor management activities

Responsabilidades
• More than 3 years of professional xghoner HR experience, preferably in finance
• Good knowledge of Spain employment law
• Proficient in HR systems (Workday) and MS Office
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with recruitment and advising managers and staff
