In this role you lead a high-performing SMEu0026amp;C sales team focused on AI Workforce solutions for the DACH region. You drive growth, oversee pipeline, and shepherd AI workforce transformation conversations with business leaders. You champion adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI capabilities to deliver measurable business value. You coach across account teams and partners to scale AI-driven outcomes and report into the AI Business Solutions Sales Leader. This role offers rapid career growth in a dynamic, digitally enabled environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead AI Workforce business growth, pipeline, and execution in the assigned territory
• Coach and develop the team to drive Frontier and Core customer conversations with CXOs
• Accelerate Copilot and AI agent adoption to move customers from interest to deployment and ROI
• Build AI Workforce capability within the team (consultative selling, Copilot/agent fluency, technical depth)
• Coordinate across account teams, resources, and partners for AI Workforce transformation via co-sell and adoption
• Model, coach, and foster a high-performing team through market changes and evolving sales motions




• Align team execution with broader SMEu0026C priorities under the AI Business Solutions Sales Leader
• Support career growth and cloud expertise development through solution selling and collaboration
• Ensure rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching for complex cycles
• Maintain customer-centric focus and executive sponsorship on key deals with C-level engagement
• Drive partner strategy and sponsorship to accelerate outcomes
• Contribute to a high-engagement culture with clear objectives and continuous learning
• Lead organizational changes by aligning priorities and communicating expectations

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Workforce Transformation, xghoner Employee Experience, or AI productivity markets
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Understanding of AI-driven workplace transformation and productivity solutions
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or related AI/employee-experience tools
• Proven leadership of teams focused on workforce transformation or AI adoption
• Ability to engage business and technology leaders to shape AI workforce strategies
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles or transformation engagements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
