You will join the Supply Planning Data Intelligence team to build, train, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and automation for master data in a data-driven supply chain. As part of the Intelligent Data Factory, you will deliver analytics solutions—from optimization to NLP—driving autonomous, self-healing data pipelines. You collaborate with data owners and GxP-like stakeholders across functions to model real-world constraints and scale solutions. This role offers the chance to shape a phased AI enablement program and own production handover with the Digital/IT team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and refine optimization and simulation algorithms for supply chain planning and scenario analysis
• Build predictive ML models and maintain end-to-end data pipelines with retraining and validation
• Implement generative AI and NLP solutions to automate data management and enable natural language interfaces
• Develop intelligent data agents and RPA bots to create, validate, or cleanse master data and monitor data quality




• Deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions in production with self-healing capabilities and performance monitoring
• Lead phased AI enablement from foundational models to advanced copilots and autonomous data agents
• Handover validated solutions to production in collaboration with Digital/IT and own the deployed solutions

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years hands-on experience in data science, ML, or AI development with production deployments
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, xghoner pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Experience with agentic AI platforms; Azure AI Foundry; RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate)
• Experience with optimization (linear programming, constraint solving; Gurobi/CPLEX)
• Knowledge of NLP and generative AI; SQL and cloud-based data platforms for model deployment
• Strong analytical reasoning, data-driven problem solving, and ability to translate concepts for stakeholders
• Leadership and change-management capabilities; cross-functional collaboration in Agile projects
