As a Data Scientist II in the Product u0026amp; Technology Analytics team, you will drive data-driven decision-making to shape product development and optimize commercial performance. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to turn business needs into analytical solutions, build scalable dashboards, and communicate insights that impact growth. The role blends analytics with business strategy in a fast-paced travel tech environment, offering meaningful impact at scale. You will operate at the intersection of data, technology, and travel to empower better decisions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Perform deep-dive analyses and statistical tests to identify performance drivers for partners and translate findings into recommendations
• Extract, transform, and combine data from diverse sources to build robust models and analyses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requests and frame business problems into solvable tasks
• Create clear visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and support decision-making




• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and automate frequent reporting tasks
• Build data-driven business cases to support stakeholder goals and strategic initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of analytical experience in data-rich commercial environments such as online travel, e-commerce, or banking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in SQL, able to write queries from scratch and interpret existing code
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics xghoner or Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience evaluating product impact using experimentation frameworks and causal inference methods (A/B tests, quasi-experiments)
• Collaborative team player with a track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations
• Nice-to-have: Python
