As a Lead Project Manager, you drive delivery of customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects with Pu0026amp;L responsibility and a focus on customer satisfaction. You oversee planning, execution and resources within established practices, while guiding project teams and stakeholders. You will operate with autonomy in a structured environment and contribute to the department's operations and risk management. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape projects in the energy transition and build strong customer relationships.

• Serve as single point of contact for customers and project teams
• Define contract scope, terms, risks, opportunities and milestones
• Lead kickoff and regular progress reviews to maintain customer intimacy
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs with Grid Solutions units and internal teams
• Maintain strong communication with customer and engineering approvals to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate local activities (Field Service, procurement, logistics, subcontractors, site installation)



and ensure EHS compliance
• Regularly assess risks and opportunities; follow up on action plans and claims when needed
• Monitor budget vs. actual costs and propose options to improve profitability
• Oversee sales, invoicing and cash targets; track customer payments and provide forecasts
• Ensure EHS provisions at site; align with GE EHS rules
• Collaborate with tendering and commercial teams to prepare offers; capture lessons learned for future bids
• Support business development in coordination with the commercial team xghoner

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with extensive PM experience in GIS and AIS substations
• Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage (HV) equipment
• Proficient communication in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Valid EU work authorization
• Knowledge of tendering, contracts and project controls is implied
