In this role you drive partner monetization across Glovo Ads, Promos, and emerging revenue streams. You operate at the intersection of Business and Product to scale revenue products from conception to market across 20+ countries. You will manage end-to-end product launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and turn performance insights into growth actions. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role that blends analytics with operational leadership. You’ll work closely with commercial teams to accelerate measurable revenue improvements.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end GTM execution for new Glovo Ads and Promos across 20+ markets
• Lead as central project owner, aligning Product, Legal, Design, Finance, Commercial, and local teams
• Facilitate efficient cross-functional communications and provide executive-level updates
• Navigate prioritization in a fast-paced environment and reprioritize deliverables as needed




• Partner with Data to track KPIs, assess product health, and translate insights into growth actions

Responsabilidades
• 3-4 years in project management, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting
• Proven PM skills with structured launch planning, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment
• Experience coordinating across complex, multi-regional environments
• Strong proficiency with xghoner spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for KPI tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written English, able to report to executives
