As Senior Product Manager for CRM, you will own the strategy and delivery of CRM capabilities across the player journey for MONOPOLY GO. You’ll translate player and business insights into opportunities, leading cross-functional teams to build scalable, personalized communication experiences. You will evolve CRM channels such as push, email, in-game messaging, and Live Activities, driving engagement and value. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and live operations to shape a player-first communication strategy.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the CRM roadmap and strategy across player-facing experiences and internal tooling
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, reactivation, and player value across channels (push, email, in-game, Live Activities)
• Lead discovery and ideation with cross-functional teams to evolve CRM and guide execution from discovery through launch and iteration




• Define clear requirements and success criteria, delivering outcomes from prioritization to measurement
• Evolve CRM capabilities including personalization, automation, segmentation, decisioning, orchestration, and dynamic content
• Partner with analytics to monitor program effectiveness and drive data-driven continuous improvement
• Lead structured testing strategies (A/B testing, cadence, segmentation, channel mix) and promote a test-and-learn culture xghoner

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Product Management or related discipline
• Gaming experience strongly preferred; entertainment or mobile apps also relevant
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and contact strategy
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Player-first mindset and continuous product improvement focus
