In this Sales Manager role, you drive growth for food u0026amp; beverage ingredients with a focus on health and wellness solutions. You will expand the customer base, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with suppliers across Asia and Europe. The position includes portfolio support, regular CRM updates, and reporting to sustain cross-border partnerships. Based in Barcelona, you will pursue aggressive sales targets and contribute to DKSH’s mission of enabling growth through collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own sales and budget for assigned territories
• Grow sales through prospecting and development of new accounts
• Regularly visit customers to build and manage relationships
• Foster relationships with suppliers in Asia and Europe to support mutual growth




• Support business activities by managing the product portfolio
• Update and maintain projects and compile meeting reports in Salesforce
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to drive territory success

Responsabilidades
• Located in Barcelona area
• Degree/Master's in Food Science, Chemistry or related discipline
• Proven sales experience xghoner with a distributor or a manufacturer in food ingredients/nutraceuticals/food supplements
• Highly motivated, target-driven with strong time-management
• Entrepreneurial spirit with sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Highly organized self-starter with effective territory and visit scheduling
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
