In this role you lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations to digitize and modernize HR processes, with a focus on the public sector. You will drive planning, execution and monitoring, coordinating functional and technical teams and maintaining dialogue with clients and business areas. You’ll oversee integration of Core, payroll and talent modules while shaping functional documentation and risk management. This position places you at the center of cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable HR transformation.
