In this role you will support the Global Controller Rail by managing invoicing, project financials, and collections across multi-country operations. You will partner with Project Managers and finance teams to ensure accurate data, timely invoicing, and robust WIP monitoring. You will lead monthly project reviews, maintain audit-ready records, and escalate risks as needed to safeguard financial outcomes. This position combines hands-on finance operations with cross-functional collaboration to enable timely project closures and commercial insight. The opportunity offers exposure to global finance processes within a multinational industrial services setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Initiate invoicing aligned with customer contracts and finance procedures
• Validate financial data with Project Managers and Line Management, guiding change orders
• Lead monthly financial reviews with PMs, perform expenditure checks,



and drive follow-up actions
• Maintain up-to-date project financial records and monitor lifecycle progress
• Manage Work in Progress and assess collectability
• Escalate high-risk items to the Global Controller Rail
• Support operational processes such as time-card compliance and supplier invoice workflows
• Provide financial guidance to PMs and staff while promoting commercial awareness
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for audits and follow-up xghoner

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Accounting/Finance
• Strong experience in financial operations, ideally including project controlling
• Invoicing process knowledge and financial compliance
• Proficiency with NGPS, Scheduler, Basware, and Oracle Finance
• Attention to detail and accuracy across financial activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, English proficiency (spoken and written)
