€920 per month, paid over 14 times a year

What you'll do
* Support airline customers by phone, with a focus on a great customer experience
* Handle high call volumes
* Stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented when customers are in sensitive or stressful situations




* Make good decisions in real time What we're looking for
* Fluent Spanish, C1 (spoken and written)
* English, B2 (spoken and written)
* Previous customer service experience (required)
* Proven experience handling high-volume calls
* Resilience in sensitive situations
* Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills
