As part of its continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Marketing & Communications Specialist to join the team in Barcelona, working in a hybrid model. Your mission You will play a key role in bringing MarkCom strategies to life across Southern Europe, ensuring global initiatives are successfully adapted to local market needs. Working closely with Sales teams and key stakeholders, you will help drive customer engagement, generate qualified leads and contribute directly to business growth.

What you'll do
* Execute regional marketing and communication plans aligned with global priorities.
* Adapt and deploy campaigns, content and value propositions to local market needs.
* Organize and coordinate customer events, trade shows, webinars and engagement activities across the region.
* Partner with Sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and identify improvement opportunities.
* Gather market intelligence, customer insights and competitive feedback to support strategic decision-making.
* Travel regularly across the region to support business initiatives, customer events,



industry exhibitions and collaboration with local teams. What we're looking for
* 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing & Communications.
* Experience executing marketing campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working closely with commercial teams and business growth objectives.
* Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
* Additional languages such as French and/or Italian will be highly valued.
* High availability to travel across Southern Europe.
