- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated brand campaigns aligned with audience insights and brand strategy.
- Create and adapt assets across digital, social, CRM, websites, retail environments, print, and other touchpoints.
- Shape and evolve brand guidelines, creative frameworks, and visual standards for consistency and scalability.
- Apply AI-assisted tools to ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, and asset adaptation while upholding brand integrity.
- Build scalable creative systems, templates, and toolkits for multi-market adaptation without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with content, campaign, video, production, commercial, and product teams to maintain consistency throughout delivery.




- Present concepts with clear rationale to stakeholders and refine ideas based on feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, brand application, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance consistency and scalability.Responsabilidades
- Proven experience in brand design, graphic design, campaign creation, art direction, or creative development in agency or in-house settings.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Portfolio demonstrating concept development and execution across channels and touchpoints.
- Experience contributing to brand guidelines, design systems, or campaign toolkits.
- Strong design craft across layout, typography, visual hierarchy, imagery, and art direction for digital and print.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools, generative workflows, or creative automation is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into visual concepts and storytelling presentations.
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative; comfortable managing multiple briefs and deadlines.
