regression testing and functional validation .Collaborate with international Business, Marketing and IT teams.Create user guides, operational documentation and training materials.Identify opportunities to improveSFMC processes, automation and campaign performance .To succeed in this role, it is important to have5+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst, CRM Consultant or Marketing Technology Specialist.Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .Advanced knowledge ofJourney Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions .Experience managingmarketing campaigns, customer journeys and marketing automation processes .Knowledge ofaudience segmentation, data quality and consent management .Good understanding ofSQL and data analysis .Experience withincident management, troubleshooting, testing and UAT .Ability to translate business needs intofunctional requirements and technical specifications .Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.Fluent English and French – both mandatory.Experience withSalesforce CRM and CRM integrations .Knowledge ofAPI, SFTP and SFMC data models .Experience withGDPR, consent management and email deliverability .Knowledge ofPower BI and reporting tools .Experience withmultichannel marketing (Push, WhatsApp, RCS) .Experience inInsurance, Travel, Assistance or Financial Services .Experience in Agile environments.What can you expect from being part of our team?Work on stable and challenging international technology projects.Location: Barcelona.International and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.No business travel required.And… plenty of motivation to keep learning!#J-18808-Ljbffr
