Experteer Overview As a Senior Workplace Consultant, you will develop strategic workplace briefs for varied project scales. You work closely with stakeholders to gather data on the physical, cultural, and technological workplace aspects, translate findings into a concept and space budget, and align briefs with business drivers. You influence executive leaders toward a shared vision, leveraging a proactive, client-focused approach. - Serve as the primary contact for workplace strategy issues for clients and project teams
- Design and run visioning sessions, workshops, and focus groups
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from research (surveys, utilization studies)
- Define spatial requirements and develop space budgets, aware of building codes and occupational standards
- Understand building regulations and occupational standards applicable to workplaces
- Synthesize research into a cohesive workplace brief
- Develop workplace guidelines and apply design/planning knowledge to projects

- Strong understanding of current best practices and trends in workplace, architecture, and design
- High initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and patience
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate large data sets into compelling findings
- Effective presentation and communication of ideas and analyses
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements around building occupancy
- Reading and interpretation of drawings; CAD skills are helpful but not essential
- Hands-on experience profiling a business and developing workplace strategy aligned to business needs
- Knowledge or experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, ABW concepts, space budgeting, test-fit oversight, and technology-enabled design
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Soft skills: stakeholder management, relationship building, client conversations, and handling resistance to change
- Experience in business development activities (scoping, pricing, pitching, winning and delivering projects)
