allocate daily duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.Ensure adequate manpower coverage during operating hours.Customer Service & Sales ManagementMaintain a high standard of customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store sales.Cashiering & POS ManagementFamiliar with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and daily cashiering operations.Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting.Monitor cashier transactions and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed.Compliance & Store SafetyEnsure compliance with relevant Singapore regulatory requirements and company operating procedures.Maintain proper housekeeping, workplace safety and hygiene standards.Ensure products requiring specific licences or regulatory controls are handled and sold in accordance with applicable regulations.Preferred Skills & AttributesStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory management.Proficient in basic computer operations, POS systems and Microsoft Office.Able to work independently and handle operational challenges.Responsible, proactive, hands‑on and detail-oriented.Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
