You will work across cross‑functional teams to build LLM applications, agentic workflows, and AI‑driven automation in regulated environments. You translate scientific and regulatory needs into AI solutions and measures of success, while upholding responsible AI practices. - Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions for documentation, knowledge retrieval, evidence synthesis, and decision support in the TDS ecosystem
- Build and test components of agentic AI workflows coordinating models, tools, data, and human review across multi-step processes
- Adapt reusable AI capabilities using established DDSAI AI/ML architectures and platform standards
- Translate needs from regulatory, scientific, and operational stakeholders into AI solution requirements for regulated environments
- Apply evaluation frameworks for LLMs (rubrics, traceability, robustness, uncertainty, usability) and contribute test cases and analyses




- Follow responsible AI practices including human‑in‑the‑loop validation, risk assessment, content safety, and governance
- Incorporate software engineering practices (modular design, testing, documentation, lifecycle management) and provide guidance
- Collaborate with regulatory, quality, CMC, scientific, and technical stakeholders to validate outputs and support adoptionResponsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 1‑3 years hands‑on AI/NLP/ML solution development with practical LLM experience
- Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Product Development, including CMC
- Proficiency in Python; experience with code development, testing, and documentation
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to non‑technical stakeholdersRequisitos principales
