Key Responsibilities
* Deliver premium support services to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently within the Customer Support Services sector.
* Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
* Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of communication and professionalism.
* Continuously update your knowledge regarding products and services to provide accurate and relevant information.




* Contribute to team targets and KPIs to ensure service excellence in this French Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.
* Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in English for corporate communication.
* Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success.
* Valid EU passport (mandatory).
* Availability to work on-site in Sofia, as this is a core requirement for our latest French-speaking jobs.
