As part of the continued development of its People and Organization function, the company is looking for a Corporate Total Rewards Director, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. This opportunity is particularly suited to a Compensation & Benefits professional ready to broaden their responsibilities and grow into a corporate role. You may currently occupy a Reward Partner or Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager position looking to take the next step.

Key responsibilities
* Coordinate annual salary reviews, bonus processes and other compensation activities across countries.
* Conduct salary benchmarking, review pay ranges and lead job architecture projects.




* Help develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, balancing internal equity, market competitiveness and business needs.
* Analyse workforce costs and prepare reports and recommendations in partnership with Finance.
* Support international mobility processes, senior leadership and country HR teams.
* Improve reward data, reporting, systems and processes to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide practical guidance to HR teams and managers on compensation matters.
* Coordinate the work and development of one team member. What we are looking for
* Around 4-5 years of relevant experience in European/Regional/Integral Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with a solid functional knowledge.
* Experience in a multinational company or consultancy.
* Practical experience in the relevant C&B; proceses.
* A university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
* A collaborative, hands-on approach, attention to detail and confidence in working with different stakeholders.
