AtClaire Joster Executive, we are looking for aHead of HR Iberiato join a multinational company within the industrial sector, taking responsibility for the People agenda acrossSpain and Portugal .Based inAlicante, this is a key leadership position within the country management structure, working closely with the business and the international HR organization.Your MissionYou will lead the People agenda across Iberia, acting as a truestrategic business partnerand ensuring that people and organizational decisions are aligned with business priorities and local market realities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead theHR strategy across Spain and Portugal, translating European and general initiatives into effective local actions.Partner with senior leadership onorganizational effectiveness, leadership, talent management and workforce planning .Lead theemployee and labor relations agendaacross Iberia, acting as the key HR contact for employee representative bodies.Manage labor negotiations and employment-related matters, anticipating risks and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.Driveorganizational development, change management, succession planning and leadership developmentinitiatives.Collaborate closely with international HR teams, Centers of Expertise and People Operations to ensure the effective delivery of HR policies and processes.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to supportdata-driven decision-making .Lead,



support and develop the HR team within the Iberian organization.We are looking for a senior HR professional with:A university degree inHuman Resources, Labor Relations or a related field .At least10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or senior generalist HR leadership positions .Strong experience withinindustrial and matrix organizations .Solid expertise inlabor relations, collective negotiations and employee representation .Proven ability to partner with senior leadership teams and influence decision-making in complex environments.Experience in organizational transformation, leadership development and change management.Fluent Spanish and English.
