As part of our continued growth, we are looking for aBIM Modelerto join our team inMadridand contribute to the delivery ofindustrial building projects .You will be responsible forproducing high-quality BIM models, while supporting design coordination from design through construction.More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:Develop and maintainBIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensuremodel consistency, identify interface issues and resolve clashes.Produce and updatetechnical drawings, 3D models, schedules, quantity take-offs and other BIM deliverables.Create and manageRevit familiesand contribute to BIM data management.Ensure thequality, accuracy and consistency of digital project information, including data exchanges between stakeholders.Contribute to design reviews and construction coordination,



identifying opportunities tooptimise technical solutionsand meet project deadlines.With a technical degree, you have at least3 years of experience in BIM modeling. You have a strong command ofRevitand a solid understanding ofBIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
