Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end security opportunities for enterprise customers, collaborating across teams to enable secure AI-driven transformations. You will lead consultative discussions, map stakeholders, and coordinate with partners to cross-sell and up-sell security solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment with a focus on customer value and transformational outcomes. This position combines solution sales, security expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact. - Hunt and qualify new Security opportunities by engaging decision-makers and articulating Microsoft’s value
- Qualify opportunities using digital selling motions and build pipeline
- Assess readiness, map external stakeholders, and accelerate deal progression
- Lead opportunities from lead to closure in collaboration with account teams and partners
- Coordinate with partners and internal resources on account planning, forecasting, and business analysis
- Collaborate with DAEs, DSEs, PSS, and partners to develop customer-centric strategies and move deals through MCEM stages




- Utilize territory planning and partner collaboration to identify opportunities and enable co-sell
- Drive cross-solution opportunities with Security, AI Business Solutions, and Modern Work teams
- Build and maintain relationships with partners for joint engagements and successful deployments
- Maintain accurate opportunity management and pipeline hygiene to support predictable results
- Lead security-focused customer conversations as a trusted advisor and share intelligence across solution areasResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant industry certifications valued
- Ability to communicate effectively in Danish (spoken and written)
- Experience selling complex cloud-based solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience with sales engagements, negotiations, and influencing decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to lead technical security discussions and deliver demonstrations to technical and business audiences
