Experteer Overview In this role you will lead high-impact customer audits and due diligence engagements, shaping compliance processes and governance. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Information Security to align inputs from leadership and customers, drive process maturity, and deliver authoritative responses. The role provides global scope with emphasis on risk management and regulatory expectations, helping BioCatch scale audit operations. You will mentor teams, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic risk posture in a regulated environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead end-to-end complex audits, due diligence, and RFI/RFP responses with direct client engagement
- Serve as escalation point for nuanced customer inquiries and non-standard requests
- Support strategic planning, reporting, and cross-functional governance
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Info Security leaders to gather authoritative inputs
- Set quality standards, methodologies, and response strategies for the team
- Draft and finalize accurate, customer-ready responses to technical inquiries
- Maintain and improve internal response repositories and documentation
- Review junior team outputs and provide guidance and quality oversight




- Escalate high-risk issues to Director as appropriate
- Mentor Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts; drive scalable processes and tooling
- Identify efficiency opportunities and lead workflow improvement initiativesResponsabilidades
- 8+ years of experience in customer audits, due diligence, risk management, or RFI/RFP responses in financial services or regulated tech
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, customer-facing compliance activities
- Strong customer-facing experience with stakeholders at varying levels of technical depth
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory expectations
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive issues
- Strong strategic thinking plus hands-on execution capability
- Experience with cybersecurity, fraud, or risk-related topics
- Extensive use of GRC platforms (e.G., Archer, MetricStream, AuditBoard)
- Extensive use of SRM platforms (e.G., Loopio, Responsive, Anchor AI)
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of concurrent requests under tight deadlinesRequisitos principales
