* Analyze financial data, investment scenarios, project returns and key sensitivities.
* Assist with project and company valuations.
* Support acquisition and divestment processes, including due diligence and data-room coordination.
* Prepare financial summaries, presentations, business plans and materials for management and investment decisions.
* Assist with the preparation of information for investors, lenders and external advisors.
* Conduct market, company and transaction research.
* Coordinate financial information and follow-up actions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the improvement of financial templates, reporting tools and internal processes.
* Bachelor in Finance/ Business Administration, Engineering or similar
* 2-4 of years experience dealing with financial models, M&A; activities and/or project
* finance
* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
* Team player and hands-on personality
* Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving Skills.
