An agricultural company based in the municipality of Sencelles is currently seeking a skilled first-class specialist (Oficial 1ª) focused on pruning, grafting, and farm machinery operations. In this role, you will work directly in the local fields and orchards, applying your practical knowledge to ensure the health, growth, and high yield of traditional Mediterranean crops across the property. Your main responsibilities
* Carrying out skilled pruning techniques on grapevines, carob trees, olive trees, and almond trees
* Performing grafting tasks across diverse tree and vine varieties to support healthy propagation
* Operating agricultural tractors safely and efficiently across the farm
* Handling, attaching, and utilizing tractor tillage and plowing implements for proper soil cultivation




* Supporting overall fieldwork and daily crop maintenance according to seasonal requirements Required qualifications
* At least 36 months (3 years) of proven professional experience in agricultural pruning, grafting, or related fieldwork
* Solid knowledge of vineyard, olive, carob, and almond tree maintenance
* Proven ability to operate tractors and work with agricultural soil tillage implements
* Reliability, practical problem-solving skills, and readiness for an immediate start in Sencelles This position offers a reliable, full-time commitment under an indefinite contract. You will work a standard full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. The offered gross annual salary is 19,000 EUR.
