You’ll collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to evolve digital experiences and turn portfolio management into a proactive, personalised journey. You’ll contribute to cross-functional efforts to ensure a consistent, end-to-end customer experience across markets. - Translate strategy into functional requirements and user stories
- Design experiences for portfolio monitoring, engagement and long-term relationships
- Define requirements for portfolio insights, alerts, watchlists, goals tracking and proactive guidance
- Design customer engagement experiences and personalise journeys
- Contribute to analytics-powered engagement capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering throughout the product lifecycle
- Refine and maintain the product backlog; support sprint planningand validation
- Coordinate with countries to align local needs with general vision; ensure high-quality delivery
- Analyze customer behaviour,



identify opportunities for engagement, retention and growth
- Define and monitor customer, product and business KPIs; support rollout across countries
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Technology and local teams; support workshops and cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to cross-stream initiatives for a seamless end-to-end experienceResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar in digital environments
- Experience turning business needs into customer journeys and scalable digital products
- Strong understanding of digital product development and technology
- Customer-centric mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Agile product teams
- Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, countries and cross-functional teams
- Comfort working across multiple product areas and cross-stream initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
