Mediterranean season | Palma Winter Base

We are looking for a capable, hands-on Sole Engineer to join our established and close-knit crew aboard a motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean.

This role would suit a practical, self-motivated engineer who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in maintaining a vessel to a high standard and prefers getting hands-on rather than relying on contractors.

We have an excellent crew with strong longevity and a positive, health and fitness-focused culture. This is a professional, relaxed environment, not a party boat, and would suit someone with a similar outlook.

Experience:

We are open to experienced yacht engineers, ambitious 2nd Engineers looking to step up,



or candidates transferring from the commercial sector. Practical experience, ability and attitude are more important to us than qualifications alone.

Essential requirements:

- Relevant marine engineering experience.

- European-based candidates only.

- Full driving licence valid in Europe.

- True Non-smoker / vaper.

- Happy to live aboard.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
