Experteer Overview In this role you lead complex electrical projects for Google’s data centers, guiding design, commissioning, and field implementation to improve efficiency and reliability. You work with cross-functional teams across campuses and regions to deliver high-impact electrical solutions. You’ll troubleshoot advanced system events and shape standard practices for future builds. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy position at the intersection of engineering excellence and scalable infrastructure.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Drive electrical project outcomes of high complexity, providing technical leadership and resolving critical field issues
- Shape project electrical scope, priorities, and allocate technical resources across the project
- Lead and optimize design, scope, schedule, quality, commissioning, and safety for electrical disciplines; provide feedback to central partner teams




- Troubleshoot advanced electrical system events and escalate only the most complex issues
- Contribute to cross-project procedures and ensure alignment with multiple teams and projectsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with data center equipment/environments (switchgear, generators, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety)
- Experience managing construction projects in an international environment
