- Advance qualified pipeline revenue by showcasing capabilities and securing design endorsement
- Own and execute the technical win strategy across opportunities
- Lead customer envisioning workshops, design sessions, and technical demos for Dynamics 365 Sales u0026 Service, Copilot Studio, AI Agents
- Lead PoC engagements, document outcomes, and translate findings into a Technical Close Plan
- Highlight AI-powered D365 value to win technical decisions against competitors
- Coordinate with partner ecosystem for co-sell, co-innovation, and scalable delivery




- Collaborate with CSU/Partners to ensure deployment plans, adoption milestones, and value realization
- Pursue ongoing professional development and achieve required training and certification levels
- Share insights and best practices with the SE community and contribute to readiness events

- Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field with technical pre-sales or consulting experience
- German professional proficiency
- Experience with cloud/hybrid/on-premises architectures, migrations, and industry standards
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Sales/Service or related technologies (Microsoft or industry)
