The role combinesmechanical and electrical troubleshootingin a highly dynamic industrial environment, working closely with Field Service Engineer, Quality and assurance & R&D teams.What you will doCreate new documentation, manuals, procedures of EFI industrial printersProvide assistance for new products or existing onesCreatepreventive maintenance and corrective repairsdocumentation on complex electro-mechanical systemsTroubleshoot and resolvemechanical, electrical, and basic control-related issuesProvidetechnical support and assistanceto Field Service and Customer Support teamsDeliveroperator training and maintenance guidanceto FSEsDocument all activities and findings through EFI service systems, ensuring accurate technical reportingCollaborate with Engineering teams toidentify product improvements and implement corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement of service processes and documentationBuild strong relationships between departments,
