Experteer Overview In this role you will lead technically demanding linear and site infrastructure projects across Europe South, integrating roads, utilities and SuDS within multidisciplinary teams. You will act as project lead, interfacing with clients from feasibility to completion and shaping design ambitions. You will define data needs, develop design through all stages, and oversee construction-related activities. You’ll help grow the Civil Engineering business and mentor colleagues while sharing knowledge to deliver top-quality client service. - Degree in Civil Engineering
- min. 8 years' consultancy experience
- Chartered status or progression toward chartered
- Strong design skills across roads, car parks, surface water, foul water, energy, earthworks, electrical and fibre utilities
- Experience managing design interfaces with architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Commitment to digital delivery and BIM, leading teams in digital/BIM environments
- Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks; knowledge of Navisworks, clash detection and hydraulic modelling
