Experteer Overview As a Senior CCM / Smart Communications Developer, you will join Cigna’s Smart Communications Community of Practice to design, develop and optimize customer communications across International Health. You’ll bring CCM expertise to a cross-functional, international team and help shape standardized, data-driven communications. You’ll tackle complex problems, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement in our CCM capabilities. This role offers meaningful impact by expanding the use of advanced CCM platforms across a global organization.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design, develop and maintain Smart Communications solutions, including complex templates and reusable components
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Follow development standards and best practices to deliver high-quality CCM solutions
- Provide technical guidance within project teams and contribute to solution design decisions
- Diagnose and resolve complex CCM/Smart Communications issues and improve existing approaches
- Contribute CCM expertise to strengthen overall engineering practices across CCM technologies
- Actively participate in the CoP, define standards and share knowledge with peers




- Collaborate with international teams to adopt and implement CCM solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing and quality activities to improve maintainability and reuse
- Help evolve CCM capabilities by introducing new ideas and challenging established approachesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of software development experience with CCM solutions
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CCM technology (Smart Communications/SmartCOMM, Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream)
- Strong CCM concepts: templates, reusable components, data integration, enterprise communications
- Proficiency in Java, SQL and XML
- Experience with system integration and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and own technical challenges from analysis to resolution
- Strong communication and teamwork in an international environment
