Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development of AI-powered backend platforms that underpin LSu0026amp; H products. You will work closely with a small, skilled engineering team to shape technical direction and deliver reliable, scalable data-driven solutions. You’ll build and evolve APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines, and LLM-based applications in cloud environments. You will translate cross-team needs into high-quality code while driving improvements and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to influence architecture and push AI capabilities in a fast-paced, hybrid setting.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Scope and shape AI platform initiatives from concept to production
- Design and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices, and ETL pipelines in Azure or AWS
- Translate requirements from multiple teams into reliable code and proof-of-concepts
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Solution Architecture, Product Engineering, Product Management, and SMEs
- Build and iterate LLM-based or agentic AI applications with emphasis on reliability and AI safety
- Evaluate and integrate components written in other languages (e.G., Java, Typescript)
- Lead the technical approach on assigned work from design to implementation
- Test,



validate, and improve solutions through unit tests, automation, and iterative development
- Advance projects from concept to prototype and contribute to production plans
- Work in an agile, fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- ≥7 years software engineering experience, with ≥4 years Python backend (APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines)
- ≥5 years experience in cross-functional, agile teams
- ≥3 years experience with LLMs or agentic AI applications
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure or AWS) with deployment or integration of backend services
- Experience contributing to software architecture for complex systems
- Experience with AI/ML workflows (e.G., RAG, vector databases, evaluation techniques)
- Mentoring or technical guidance to other engineers (preferred)Requisitos principales
