Experteer Overview In this role you will own and drive Vueling's Payments product roadmap across B2C and B2B channels, aligning business value with regulatory and technical requirements. You will lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Technology, Finance and commercial teams to improve customer experience, conversion, and cost efficiency. You’ll manage PSP integrations, payment innovations, and fraud controls while ensuring compliant, scalable payment solutions. This role offers impact through shaping the payments ecosystem in a fast-paced, collaborative airline environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own and prioritize the Payments roadmap and backlog based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility
- Lead cross-functional delivery across E-commerce, Distribution, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Finance, Treasury, Revenue Accounting, Customer Experience, Operations and Technology
- Translate objectives and feedback into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Run Agile product management activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, governance, and release management
- Manage implementation of new payment methods, PSP integrations, and fraud-related initiatives
- Monitor performance, adoption, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate end-to-end project governance: planning, reporting, risk management,

- Manage relationships with PSPs, acquirers, banks, payment method providers, fraud tech vendors and partners
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, tax, accounting, and operational requirements
- Incorporate market trends into the Payments roadmap to enhance capabilities and customer experience
- Identify and implement innovative payment solutions and emerging technologiesResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years in Product Management within Payments, FinTech, Digital Commerce or Travel Technology
- Experience with digital product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery
- Experience with payment ecosystems including PSPs, gateways, acquiring banks, and alternative methods
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital products and technology solutions
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Finance, Operations and Commercial
- Experience implementing payment methods, checkout enhancements, PSP integrations, and fraud tools
- Experience managing complex stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority
- Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
