Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape AI experiences across Dow Jones consumer and professional products by steering reusable platform capabilities. You’ll own the AI experience roadmap, aligning with user needs from subscribers to analysts, and work with platform teams to ensure scalable, value-driven solutions. You’ll test and measure AI impact to demonstrate retention and engagement gains. - Translate user jobs into AI experiences that leverage reusable shared capabilities rather than product-specific builds

- Design and execute experimentation and measurement to tell retention-grade stories about AI impactResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years shipping AI-powered products in production (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agent-based or retrieval-based systems)
- Experience owning a consumer, B2B, or enterprise product with retention or engagement as a north-star metric
- Fluency in modern AI product patterns including retrieval and context engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop designRequisitos principales
