Experteer Overview As Analytics Engineer at team.Blue, you will translate raw data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets across marketing, product usage, customer care and revenue. You’ll build robust dbt models on Databricks, define KPI logic, and maintain the semantic layer to support dashboards and reports. The role sits at the junction of Data Management and Analytics, collaborating with engineers and business partners to deliver data products at pace. You will explore new domains autonomously, drive data governance, and help scale analytics across a multi-brand ecosystem.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and build dbt models on Databricks to produce clean, conformed datasets
- Define KPI logic in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistency
- Maintain and evolve the semantic/presentation layer with reliable, tested data products
- Apply software engineering practices to analytics code (version control, testing, CI/CD, documentation)
- Onboard new data domains with limited guidance and model them effectively
- Engage business partners to validate context, align on KPI definitions




- Identify data quality issues and coordinate resolution with Data Management
- Serve as liaison between data engineers and analysts, translating needs and surfacing data realities
- Support presentation layer needs and contribute to data governance and model cataloguing
- Extend analytics coverage to new brands and domains over timeResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering or similar role
- Strong proficiency with dbt Core or dbt Cloud
- Experience on Databricks or similar cloud platform (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Solid understanding of dimensional modelling or data vault
- SQL excellence with complex transformations and window functions
- Autonomous work across multiple data domains with limited documentation
- Strong analytical mindset for data questioning and validation
- Excellent communication with business stakeholders
