Experteer Overview In this role, you will manage Fever’s social media presence, crafting compelling content and nurturing online communities. You will blend creative execution with strategy to grow audience engagement and shape our digital voice. You’ll work cross-functionally to brainstorm ideas, produce on-brand content, and analyze performance to inform decisions. - Plan, shoot, and edit social-first content aligned with the calendar
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for all social channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and pitch new ideas
- Coordinate with departments and external partners to source content
- Create content guidelines, playbooks, and best practices for quality and consistency
- Support social strategy through competitor research and content performance analysis
- Research trends and propose innovative formats to strategists

- Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in social media or community management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, take ownership, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving
- Up-to-date with digital trends, tech developments, and media shifts
- Skilled in Canva and CapCut for short-form video editing

- Knows how to define and track community KPIs
