As Product Owner – AI Solutions (Collections & Debt Recovery), you will take full product ownership of our specialized AI collections portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of deep collections domain expertise and proven AI product management leadership. Reporting to the Head of Product – Horizontal & Vertical Products, you will define product strategy, drive multi-year roadmaps, spearhead commercialization, and scale market-ready solutions across diverse enterprise clients and global operating environments.

You will harness TP's horizontal platform infrastructure (centralized RAG, conversational voice/omnichannel AI engines,



multi-agent frameworks, and real-time observability) to deliver high-performing vertical recovery solutions—such as predictive propensity-to-pay models, personalized digital repayment assistants, automated dispute resolution, and strict compliance-monitored voice agents.

You will lead the end-to-end Agile product pod, translating regional debt recovery regulations and contact strategies into intuitive software experiences that dramatically optimize cash collection while safeguarding brand reputation and regulatory compliance.

How You Will Make an Impact

- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for TP's Collections AI portfolio, identifying high-friction debt recovery workflows and translating them into scalable, high-converting product offerings.
- Champion vertical product strategy across early-, mid-, and late-stage collections, integrating predictive intelligence, digital self-service, and conversational voice AI.
- Bridge TP's centralized horizontal platform capabilities (speech analytics, LLM orchestration, evaluation guardrails) into purpose-built collections workflows that deliver measurable recovery lift.
- Enforce multi-tenant platform architecture and reusability across client deployments, avoiding one-off bespoke code to ensure frictionless scaling across international markets.




- Drive end-to-end commercialization of vertical AI recovery products in close collaboration with the GTM Owner, shaping pricing architectures, contingency-aligned models, recovery yield targets, and client ROI calculators.
- Lead cross-client and cross-market expansion, adapting product capabilities to local debt recovery market dynamics, banking integrations, and regional collections practices.
- Serve as the principal product evangelist and technical authority in enterprise client pursuits, commercialization pitches, and executive demonstrations.
- Align with Delivery Owners and operational leadership to track borrower adoption, promise-to-pay fulfillment, and client margin expansion.
- Formulate and maintain core product artifacts: BRDs, PRDs, detailed user stories, conversation trees, and acceptance criteria built to satisfy consumer credit and collection statutes (e.g., FDCPA, Regulation F, CFPB rules, TCPA, GDPR).
- Define intelligent omnichannel recovery pathways: integrating SMS, WhatsApp, conversational voice, and self-service payment portals with real-time settlement negotiation logic.
- Own stage-gate reviews across all phases: legal/compliance validation, model bias assessment, payment gateway integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Direct multi-disciplinary build pods (8–11 members each), guiding Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, and QA Engineers.
- Collaborate with Data Platform teams to build and standardize predictive risk features and delinquency scoring models on TP's lakehouse architecture.
