We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a French Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced Customer Support Services team in Sofia, where you will provide high-quality assistance to French-speaking clients while benefiting from one of the most comprehensive relocation packages among all jobs in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver premium support services to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently within the Customer Support Services sector.

- Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.

- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of communication and professionalism.

- Continuously update your knowledge regarding products and services to provide accurate and relevant information.





- Contribute to team targets and KPIs to ensure service excellence in this French Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.

- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).

- Proficiency in English for corporate communication.

- Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly regarded but not mandatory.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Availability to work on-site in Sofia, as this is a core requirement for our latest French-speaking jobs.
