Experteer Overview As General Service Product Manager for EMC systems and products, you shape the service portfolio to meet market needs and drive profitable growth. You’ll partner across functions to define offerings, pricing, and go-to-market plans, ensuring a complete EMC test solution. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and customer loyalty. - Plan and define service products for EMC-specific needs, including NPI coordination and pricing
- Lead cross-divisional projects for Service Development Proposals with ROI monitoring
- Gain market and customer insights to guide the service roadmap
- Design, launch, and maintain a standardized service portfolio with business cases and pricing models
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Ru0026D, Marketing, Legal, Export Control and others to define specs, SLAs and go-to-market plans
- Support the sales team in offering the right service products
- Conduct regular customer-facing activities to gather requirements and feed the roadmap




- Monitor KPIs and refine the portfolio based on dataResponsabilidades
- Master's in relevant field or equivalent
- Extensive experience in product management for service products, preferably in test u0026 measurement or EMC-related systems
- Proven track record launching and managing service contracts or service lines for complex hardware
- Direct exposure to the EMC test u0026 compliance market and related test systems; experience with Rohde u0026 Schwarz Tu0026M equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with EMC standards (e.G., CISPR, FCC, CE/Red, MIL-STD-461)
- Experience with service models such as calibration, instrument upgrades, and maintenance bundles
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions
- Experience with structured requirements gathering and cross-functional project leadership
- Advanced analytical skills, strong presentation and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel internationally
