Producer AssistantResponsibilities

- Translate high-level direction from the Lead Producer.
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers, ensuring they have the materials and context needed to work smoothly.
- Maintain visibility over project status, deadlines, and daily blockers, escalating them when necessary.
- Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication regarding daily needs, blockers, and announcements.
- Produce reports, presentations, and documentation required for production operations.

Requirements
- English and Spanish: Professional Level
- Professional experience in production coordination, project management, or game development administration.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent cross-departmental and external communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tracking software (Jira, etc.).

From 25k gross annual salary depending on experience.
