Job Overview

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, supporting the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. We are looking for organized and motivated individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload, sort, and stock incoming shipments following all safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines (training provided if needed)
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in the warehouse
- Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment as needed




- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred but not required (training provided)
- Basic computer skills for managing and tracking inventory
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) repeatedly during shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with basic safety procedures and equipment usage is a plus

Salary and Benefits

- Hourly Wage: €12 - €15 per hour, based on experience and shift (with higher rates for night and weekend shifts)
- Monthly Salary Range: Approximately €1,800 - €2,500 gross per month
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate
- Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses based on attendance and efficiency
